KYOCERA Document Solutions, the UK documents solutions subsidiary of the multinational KYOCERA Corporation, is currently recruiting for two Technical Field Support Managers (Regional Technical Managers) to support their dealer base in the London Area
Primary responsibility for this role is the technical development and support of all dealers in the region, which would include direct technical support and advice (on-site and over the phone), delivery of training, accompaniment of dealer engineers and resolution of service delivery issues. Another important aspect of the role is to provide pre/post sales support – e.g., support of exhibitions/roadshows
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in the industry, preferably working for either a manufacturer or a large dealership, and possess exceptional technical knowledge across a wide range of products (copiers; MFPs; printers) together with excellent customer facing and time management skills
