Product Marketing Manager – Comprehensive Services

Responsible for developing the range of ICT, Infrastructure, Networking, Connectivity, Cloud, UC, Content and Managed Services & Solutions currently available in the Kyocera portfolio and identifying new strategic technology partners. 

Supporting the strategy and managing the portfolio of products/services throughout their life cycle; developing new value propositions, delivering new and innovative solutions to market, attaining sales growth (monitored by KPIs), managing third party vendor relationships and maximizing profitability.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Ownership of the ICT, Infrastructure, Networking, Connectivity, Cloud, UC, Content and Managed Services & Solutions portfolio.
  • Delivery of cutting-edge product marketing collateral to promote the product and service portfolio of responsibility.
  • Working with corporate communications and the sales teams to put forth a differentiated and compelling value proposition. Promoting this value proposition both to the external and internal audience.
  • Management of third-party suppliers, to include evaluation of new opportunities, negotiation on pricing and service delivery and assimilation of commercial and technical issues in order to deliver growth.
  • Be the Ambassador of our solutions portfolio and deliver to press and events as required. Actively seek opportunities to present and advocate KYOCERA Solutions portfolio.

Content Services Consultant

This senior sales level person will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the sales target and performance objectives directly aligned with the corporate strategy for Content Services (CS). They will sell CS products, solutions and services to existing  print customers (where the solution is complex) and new customers. 

This person will work alongside other teams to ensure harmony in client engagement when cross-selling into the existing Kyocera Group UK client base. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Client acquisition and growth. 
  • New business sales via Kyocera Group UK print sales team and directly to new customers. 
  • The performance of all daily sales activities within the CS new business sales function. 
  • Meet sales target. 
  • Developing sales and marketing campaigns for CS solutions.
  • Building successful new business sales relationship with technology vendors. 
  • Provide input into CS proposition development and industry sector messaging. 
  • Development and promotion of Kyocera Group UK in the CS market, making them an established and valued business partner of choice for companies wanting to transform their business processes and practices.
