    Web Content Manager

    KYOCERA Group UK products and services support customers throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland.     As a Web Content Manager, you will ensure all necessary content is included on our websites, taking responsibility for overseeing the planning, organisation, creation, and publishing of all content. The Web Content Manager will also keep content up to date and accurate – which covers web pages, images, videos, blog posts, guest articles, marketing copy and more.

    You'll be / or become an expert in our organisation's content management system (CMS). With a focus on UX, the role requires you organise user testing and market research projects to ensure that the website's content is suitable for the target audience.

    The role will be based in our Reading office (hybrid working), with regular meetings, presentations and training sessions with website contributors and other stakeholders. Work alongside marketing and sales teams, plus external agencies, and freelance writers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage our company content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress)
    • Curate, write and edit web copy
    • Devise and execute methods to track, report, analyse and greatly improve SEO performance
    • Practical knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 
    • Analyse analytics data to learn how users interact with the web site
    • Have a strong understanding of UX 
    • Proficient with multi-channel media tools


    You'll need to be:

    • Highly organised, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
    • Experienced with one or more CMS (ideally Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress)
    • An excellent writer and editor, with good spelling and grammar and the ability to adapt to house styles
    • Adept at undertaking research, with ability to collate and summarise information from different sources
    • Communicate confidently and clearly with a variety of stakeholders
    • Technically minded, with an understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
    • Willing to stay up to date with developments in your subject area and in developments in the digital world

    • Profound knowledge and minimum 3 years’ experience in selling Enterprise Content Management (ECM)/Content services and consulting services. Direct experience of M-Files or OnBase is a distinct advantage.

    Product Marketing Manager – ICT Services (ECM & Print Software)

    The Product Marketing Manager – ICT Services will be responsible for developing a portfolio of product within the ever-expanding Kyocera ICT Services portfolio. Namely; Content Services, Professional services and Managed Print related software. 

    The role will also include the relationship management of our strategic partners and the adoption of new product into the portfolio to answer our customers’ needs continuously. Supporting the ICT Services strategy and managing the portfolio of products/services throughout their product lifecycle; developing new sales propositions, delivering new and innovative solutions to the market, attaining sales growth (monitored by KPI’s) whilst maximising the profitably of your area of our portfolio.


    Responsibilities/Tasks

    • Ownership of the product/services portfolio
    • Responsible for the portfolio’s profitability growth in line with the wider business goals
    • Delivery of market leading product content
    • Working with corporate communications and the sales teams to put launch compelling value propositions to the market
    • Management of our third-party partners
    • Pro-active sales focus: Alignment to the ICT sales team to drive awareness
    • Develop the service offering needed and commercialise them for the Kyocera group UK
    • Ensure our portfolio has a clear and maintained pricing strategy, aligned with our corporate goals
    • Act as the main liaison with Kyocera Europe to jointly launch the Kyocera product offerings and affiliated partners
    • Attend the Kyocera Europe Marketing meetings
    • Delivery market leading product/offering launches to the marketMonitor the market conditions/movement and the competitor’s activity
    • Provide/organise with partners - Sales based and technical training of our products/services and value propositions
    • Evaluate the Kyocera and partner provided products/offerings, defining market opportunity
     
    Knowledge, Experience & Skills
     
    • Product Management skills: As our Product Marketing Manager – ICT you will have previous experience in a Product Marketing role, delivering ICT based value propositions/products/offerings to market. You will formulate marketing plans with a project team, managing the product/offering lifecycle internally and externally. 
    • Communication skills: Excellent communications skills are a must as you will need to drive understanding, training and content for your portfolio. You will be writing copy for marketing promotions/campaigns and social content. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, Kyocera Europe and third-party partnerships. The ability to create content internally would be a key attribute. 
    • Project management skills: You will have to work within a budget, meet lifecycle management goals for multiple products and/or offerings/services. 
    • Numerical skills: You will be working with sales and market data and use it to maximise our sales potential. Create reports and share meaningful and effective insights with internal and external stakeholders.
