Product Marketing Opportunity - Reading based

Due to our expanding product range, KYOCERA Document Solutions (U.K.), is seeking a ICT Services & Solutions Product Marketing Manager with responsibility for developing the range of ICT products and services. 

 

ICT Services & Solutions Product Marketing Manager, duties:

  • Ownership of the ICT, Cloud, UC, Content and Managed Services & Solution portfolio.
  • Responsible for the relevant solutions and services P&L, revenue andprofitability growth in line with business goals, including monitoring and action plans for improvements as applicable..       
  • Delivery of cutting-edge product marketing collateral to promote the product and service portfolio of responsibility.   
  • Working with corporate communications and the sales teams to put forth a differentiated and compelling value proposition. Promoting this value proposition both to the external and internal audience.

 

Pre requisites for the role include:

  • Previous experience in product portfolio and/or service management
  • Working knowledge of the ICT marketplace including infrastructure, server, storage, virtualization, data recovery, connectivity, LAN, WAN, unified communications, mobile, consultation and professional services
  • Strategic analysis and business modelling skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of other business process including marketing, finance and IT

Dealer Area Sales Manager - Full-time

 

KYOCERA Document Solutions (UK) is looking for a number of Experienced Sales Account Managers to provide sales account management support to assigned channel partners as part of the Dealer Channel Sales Team.

 

Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Work closely with assigned channel partners. Promote and drive sales of the KYOCERA portfolio of products/services and meet sales targets as per the commision plan.
  • Using KYOCERA's assigned CRM system (Salesforce) as a main tool for all day to day activities.  This includes but is not restricted to: keeping updated partner records, building a monthly/quarterly/6 month pipeline of sales opportunities and forecasts, updating personal activities and meeting notes.
  • Liase with all departments within the KYOCERA Group to ensure effective management of all aspects of business within dealerships and their customers.
  • Proactively look at growing the existing partner network at KYOCERA every month through new business networking, LinkedIn research and using all other tools available.
  • Identify potential buisness opportunities for the dealers and work closely with them to monitor and maximise such opportuinities.

Salesforce Adminsitrator - Reading Based

 

Due to the implementation of Salesforce across our European operation, Kyocera UK is seeking an experienced administrator to develop and manage the Salesforce strategy in the UK.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

Project Management:

  • Act as a single point of contact for all Salesforce-related topics both internal and external (with CoE team in Europe).
  • Take the lead on internal alignment within Kyocera UK on new Salsforce requirements/features.

Adoption:

  • Understand the process implemented in Salesforce, map them to Kyocera's business processes, and let Kyocera Salesforce users follow the processes.
  • Monitor data in Salesforce to ensure data quantity and dat quality.
  • Create necessary reports & dashboards in Salesforce for Kyocera managements to make decision based on Salesforce data.
  • Lead user training within Kyocera for both existing and new Salesforce users.
  • Take adminstrative role including user licenses, data cleansing, and data governance.

Campaign and Lead Generation Manager, full time, Reading based

 

Kyocera are looking for a Campaign and Lead Generation Manager who will play a key role within the Marketing Communications team and lead the development and delivery of our customer aquisition and retention marketing plans and activity. 

Key responsibilites and tasks: 

  • Use digital and direct marketing techniques to deliver a consistent stream of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and a pipeline of potential revenue to the business.
  • Use  CRM and marketing automation systems (ideally SalesForce and Pardot) to deliver effective email campaigns, leveraging existing customer datasets as well as our pool of prospect data.
  • Work with our agency network to develop compelling content that can feed the lead generation program, working with colleagues in Europe and Japan to drive best practice and to leverage content from other sales operations
  • Collaberate with the events team to drive leads from webinars, breakfast briefings and round tables as well as the telemarketing team to ensure that all MQLs are dealt with effectively.

Problem Support Specialist| Kyocera| Reading| Full-time 

 

The Role: 

As a Problem Support Specialist you will be providing pre and post sales technical support to internal and external customers, whilst performing product evaluations, identifying underlying problems regarding products and software solutions. 

The aim is to diagnose the root cause of the problem and resolve this for the customer.  

You will support and develop workarounds and manage escalations with third-party suppliers. You will also ensure timely production of associated technical documentation. Your role will be a mainly office based providing remote fixes with some visits required to client sites.
