KYOlife also expands the warranty cover to either an Exchange or an On-Site warranty for the entire duration of the required period, further reducing machine downtime and limiting any impact on the organisation.
- Long-term security: your warranty is extendable to cover a total of three, four or five years.
- Skilled team: only authorised KYOCERA engineers and technicians will fix your device.
- At your service: telephone support and problem analysis via the KYOCERA Contact Centre, Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm.
- Immediate assistance: if telephone support does not eliminate the issue, a KYOCERA engineer will be with you the next business day if you call before noon.
Standard warranty can be extended by purchasing KYOlife up to 6 months after the purchase of the main machine, with the support period starting from the date the main machine was purchased.
