Introducing Wagara 和柄

A traditional Japanese pattern dating back to the 8th Century.

They are historic designs, each with a specific meaning, initially created for decorating traditional Japanese garments – kimono and yakata. The original patterns date back to the 8th century Heian period of Japan, and are largely inspired by nature.
