Register Your Product

On this page, you can create your customer profile and register your products.

Kyocera’s printers and Multifunctional Products (MFPs) are supplied with a free one- or two-year manufacturer's standard warranty, depending on the product.  By registering products, customers gain access to our team of specialists who are ready to provide support, problem analysis and problem resolutions to their issues.  If a repair is needed it will be a Kyocera employed and trained engineer who will attend, and we will only use original parts in any repair, we undertake. 

Registering products for Kyocera’s manufacturers standard warranty is a fast and simple process:

  • First click on the “Register Your Warranty” button which will take you to the “Warranty Registration” screen.
  • In the “Warranty Registration” screen. If you are a new customer, click on the “Create a Profile” button to setup your warranty account.
 

Creating a profile will only take a few minutes. Your details will be saved so you won't have to enter them again.  Once you have setup your warranty account you will be able to register your product on our warranty system.  Multiple products can be entered if required. 

If you are a returning customer and already have a Warranty Account, simply login and enter your new product details to register for your warranty. 

When logged into you Warranty Account you will be able to see all the products you have registered together with their warranty status.  Don’t forget that any time within the first year of purchase you can upgrade Kyocera’s manufacturers standard warranty to our three-year next day on-site service by purchasing a KYOCERA Life 1-year extended warranty pack.

If you have purchased a KYOCERA Life 1-year extended warranty pack, simply select the product from the list provided and enter the licence key in the “Extended Warranty Number” box to apply your upgrade.

Software, HyPAS and hardware options 

Some Kyocera software, HyPAS and hardware options require an online registration for licenses activation and full functionality. Please note that optional functions are preinstalled on the machines and need to be activated with a license key. For further details, please refer to the relevant section in the operation guide of the machine.
