Kyocera warranty gives customers access to our team of specialists who are ready to provide support, problem analysis and problem resolutions to their issues. If a repair is needed it will be a Kyocera employed and trained engineer who will attend, and we will only use original parts in any repair, we undertake.
Kyocera’s family of ECOSYS products are supplied as standard with a free two-year manufacturer’s warranty except on a small selection of entry level mono devices which have one-year warranty. Warranty is provided on either an exchange, return to base or on-site basis as per the product type. Standard manufacturer warranty is subject to proof of purchase and/or the registration of the product by you. Kyocera ECOSYS products incorporate long-life components (imaging drum unit etc..) designed to keep the running costs and environmental impact of the device to the minimum. These long-life units have an additional guarantee covering them for the unit’s life (quoted in number of pages) or three years from date of purchase, whichever is reached first.
