Kyocera Document Solutions UK is named as supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Multifunctional Devices, Managed Print Services and Digital Workflow Software Services Framework.
The new framework gives public sector bodies better access to Kyocera’s full catalogue of Multi-Functional Print Devices (MFDs), Managed Print Services, digital workflow solutions and cloud-based technologies.
Kyocera Document Solutions UK has been renamed as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6361 framework. The RM6361 Framework enables public sector buyers to access a wide range of multifunctional devices, software and services, delivered either through direct supply or managed service agreements.
Kyocera has been named on the following Lots:
Lot 2: Full catalogue of MFDs, including print room equipment, print management software and consumables, cloud hosting and digital workflow solutions, plus maintenance and support services to help organisations manage their own fleets.
·
Lot 3: Managed service delivery of MFDs and associated solutions, with flexible cost-per-page options and print management tools to help organisations monitor printing behaviour, reduce print volumes or rationalise their estate.
The reappointment underlines Kyocera’s commitment to the UK public sector having been present on the CCS framework since March 2017.
RM6361 is the UK’s largest public sector framework for print, managed print services and document solutions. It provides a streamlined route to purchase technology in line with government procurement and sustainability policies to deliver value for money and support environmental goals across the public sector estate in pursuit of net zero.
Steve Doust, Group Sales Director at Kyocera Document Solutions UK, commented: "The new CCS RM6361 framework is significant for Kyocera. It allows us to expand our support beyond the reliable, innovative and sustainable print and document solutions for which we are known in the public sector.”
“We are already helping organisations streamline working practises and shift to cloud enabled workflows. For example, our cloud hosting solutions and cloud native print management software will help public sector bodies manage their print infrastructure and document workflows more effectively with transparency.”
“The Kyocera team looks forward to helping our customers improve efficiency, reduce costs and drive digital transformation across the public sector."
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2023/24, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £4.9 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
Kyocera has a long-standing history of delivering secure, high-quality print and document solutions across both public and private sectors. This latest framework appointment further reinforces the company’s commitment to supporting public sector organisations with technology that meets their operational and sustainability goals.
