In addition to building on the already impressive performance of previous editions, the updated models incorporate advanced technology that helps to deliver outstanding image quality thanks to a newly developed toner and a print resolution of 1200 x 1200dpi with 2-bit (4800 x 1200 dpi).
The devices are also built using the same engine which was awarded the Most Reliable Colour Copier MFP Brand Award by BLI, proving the credentials of the device for durable performance for which TASKalfa devices have become well known, alongside their strength in sustainability.
In terms of the environmental impact of the device, the devices set the benchmark within the sector thanks to their Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool Gold Status. This status has been awarded as 6% of the machine weight comes from recycled plastic material, and also due to the arrangements in place for machine end-of-life.
Any medium to large sized workgroup in a range of office environments stands to gain from the new devices. This is in part due to a capacity to print up to 30,000 sheets per month, thanks to the Dual Scan Document Processor (DSDP), scan speeds of up to 220 impressions per minute, and a substantial paper capacity of 4,150 A4 sheets.
As is crucial for any company, security is also a priority in the design of the TASKalfa 7353ci and TASKalfa 8353ci. The inclusion of a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) and the Secure Boot function, which ensures the MFP starts up using the authorised firmware before execution, mean that the devices can print, scan and copy without compromising on security.
“The TASKalfa 7353ci and TASKalfa 8353ci are the latest innovative additions to our range of TASKalfa devices. Like all other products across the TASKalfa range, these two models have been expertly engineered to print high volumes while ensuring the quality of any outputs are not compromised. However, what really sets them apart from the rest of the market is their high print resolution, which provides top-class printing in both monochrome and colour,” explained Trevor Maloney, Product Marketing Manager at Kyocera Document Solutions UK.
“The launch of these new models is another very exciting development in our TASKalfa range, with multiple advanced features that will appeal to organisations of any size. In particular, their quality, durability and efficiency, which are at the heart of all our new product designs, make them ideal for the requirements of the finance and insurance sectors,” Trevor added.
The reliability of Kyocera technology guarantees that every product helps to maximise uptime and minimise unnecessary consumption. The TASKalfa 7353ci and TASKalfa 8353ci ensure outstanding image quality while enabling businesses to operate more efficiently and productively.
