FOREARTH wins iF Design Award

Kyocera Corporation (President: Hideo Tanimoto) announced that its Inkjet Textile Printer FOREARTH has won the iF DESIGN AWARD 2024 in the Industry/Tools category. 

This is the fourth consecutive year since 2021 that Kyocera has won the award. Sponsored by the Industrial Design Association of Hanover, Germany, the iF DESIGN AWARD is recognized as one of the most prominent and prestigious international awards for industrial products worldwide.

Not only does FOREARTH eliminate virtually all water usage from the textile printing process, but it also reduces energy consumption and CO2 emissions during printing because it does not require the large-scale equipment traditionally used for pre- and post-treatment of textiles.

In addition, FOREARTH achieves a soft hand-feel for prints - an essential feature for the fashion and textile industries - and enables highly detailed printing on diverse fabrics, including cotton, silk, polyester, nylon, and blended fabrics.
