Manufacturers Warranty

Kyocera warranty gives customers access to our team of specialists who are ready to provide support, problem analysis and problem resolutions to their issues.  If a repair is needed it will be a Kyocera employed and trained engineer who will attend, and we will only use original parts in any repair, we undertake.  

Kyocera’s family of ECOSYS products are supplied as standard with a free two-year manufacturer’s warranty except on a small selection of entry level mono devices which have one-year warranty.  Warranty is provided on either an exchange, return to base or on-site basis as per the product type. Standard manufacturer warranty is subject to proof of purchase and/or the registration of the product by you. Long-life Components Warranty

Kyocera ECOSYS products incorporate long-life components (imaging drum unit etc..) designed to keep the running costs and environmental impact of the device to the minimum.  These long-life units have an additional guarantee covering them for the unit’s life (quoted in number of pages) or three years from date of purchase, whichever is reached first.  For more information, please refer to the datasheet for your device.
