This service is for home users and small businesses, who discard fewer than 10 empty toners per year. If you are a higher volume user, please use the Bulk Toner Take-Back service.
KYOCERA Toner Cassette Returns Service
We currently offer a returns service for all used, genuine KYOCERA toner cassettes and waste toner bottles. We will accept one return for each new, genuine KYOCERA toner cassette you purchase. Follow the instructions below to return your toner cassettes and waste toner bottles to us.
THIS SERVICE IS FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UK ONLY. If you are located in another country, please see the KYOCERA website for your country, or contact your local KYOCERA Document Solutions office or national distributor.

Step 3: Place the sealed bag inside the cardboard box in which your new toner was delivered. To return two toners using this service you can tape two boxes securely together; alternatively, you may use a larger coardboard box to return a number of empty toner cassettes in one consignment, however your parcel must not weigh more than 1Kg.
Step 4: Print the Freepost returns label that's attached to the email we send you, write on your RMA number and affix it to the box. It may then be taken to any post office or collected with your office mail. (There are 3 labels on the attachment.)
This Freepost service will only accept used 100% genuine KYOCERA cassettes and waste toner bottles. We reserve the right to recover the cost of processing non-genuine KYOCERA toners, or toner cartridges for other manufacturers’ machines, and to suspend the toner returns service for customers who fail to observe this condition.
