Cyber Security Incident Notification
We would like to inform you that our parent company has experienced a cyber security incident during April 2025 involving unauthorised access to one of their servers.
Earlier this month, it was discovered that we were part of the incident, and resulted in the exposure of certain business data, such as names and email addresses.
Upon discovery, immediate steps were taken to contain the incident and prevent further unauthorised access. We are actively working with cybersecurity and forensic experts to fully assess the impact and further strengthen our security measures.
The exposed data consists of business details, which may be vulnerable to attempts of impersonation and phishing or fraudulent invoices. We strongly encourage caution and close attention to any unusual or suspicious activity that may be related to this incident.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and want to assure you that we are taking all necessary measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
If further detailed investigations reveal any facts that need to be communicated, we will report them to you accordingly.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact us via privacy@duk.kyocera.com.
