Promotion Duration & Qualifying Products

• 1 - This promotion is valid from 19th January 2026 until the 17th May 2026 while stocks last (unless otherwise stated). Promotional periods may vary between individual products.
• 2 - KYOCERA reserves the right to end or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

• 4. This offer is only valid when promotional devices are purchased from an authorised "Reseller"(i) of UFP (UK) Ltd and Westcoast Limited.
• 5. Promotional claims MUST be submitted by the “End user“(ii) only. 
• 6. Subject to clause 5 above, the “Resellers“ may submit claims on behalf of its End User(s) provided the reseller has received prior written consent from the End User(s) and upon KYOCERA’s request submit proof to KYOCERA as instructed by KYOCERA. This shall include but is not limited to; (i) a duly signed power of attorney letter from the End User instructing the reseller to act on its behalf and (ii) any other document(s) requested by KYOCERA to enable KYOCERA to validate the claim. KYOCERA reserves the right to reject the claim where the reseller fails to adhere to the conditions of this clause.
• 7. “Reseller(s)“ and/or “Channel Partner“(iii) organistions are excluded from claiming any of the promotional offers.
• 8. A maximum total of fifteen (15) of each qualifying product on this promotion can be claimed per End User over the entire promotional period.
• 9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special bid pricing.
• 10. Purchases made directly on auction websites (e.g. eBay) or marketplace sales through retail websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace or PlayTrade) are specifically excluded from this Promotion.
• 11.  End users have 14 days after the promotion has ended to claim. PROOF OF PURCHASE is required to verify the claim.
• 12. Claims should be made at https://kyocerads-group.co.uk/promo-claims/prints-charming-promotion-claim/ and click on the “Claim Promotion“ link.
• 13.  Claims may take up to two (2) months (from the date of claim submission) to be verified, approved and for as BACS payment to be authorised.

General:

• 1. Offer applies to brand new units only and does not apply to refurbished stock.
  
• 2. This offer is valid in the UK and Ireland only.
• 3. KYOCERA in its sole discretion, reserves the right to validate any claims received and/or reject any claims which fail validation.

Appendix:

• i. Reseller: An individual or an organisation, sometimes known as a VAR (Value Added Reseller), who is proactively selling a product or service owned or provided by KYOCERA or another company.
• ii. End User: An individual or an organisation that purchases the promotional device and/or genuine KYOCERA toner(s) for its own personal use. This does not include an End User or Organisation that; (i) trades in the sales of KYOCERA products or purchases directly from a distributor of KYOCERA products; (ii) or an organisation that Procures KYOCERA devices for personal use then resells to its End User(s).
• iii. Channel Partner: A channel partner is an individual or organisation that provides services or sells products on behalf of KYOCERA and or other vendors. This includes resellers or VARS with or without an ‘official’ agreement to sell KYOCERA products, services, or technologies.
