Kyocera expands its A4 portfolio with eight new ECOSYS colour printers and MFPs

24/06/2025

Kyocera Document Solutions UK has unveiled a new series of A4 colour printers and MFPs. The ECOSYS 2600 Colour Series is ideal for home workspaces, smaller offices or individuals that require a simple, affordable solution with sophisticated capabilities. They are compact, fast, reliable and feature rich with an improved interface, cutting-edge security, and seamless cloud connectivity to enhance user experience.

The new devices are as follows:

  • ECOSYS PA2101cx / PA2101cwx - 21ppm A4 colour laser printers
  • ECOSYS MA2101cfx / MA2101cwfx – 21ppm A4 colour 4-in-1 MFPs
  • ECOSYS PA2600cx / PA2600cwx - 26ppm A4 colour laser printers
  • ECOSYS MA2600cfx / MA2600cwfx - 26ppm A4 colour 4-in-1 MFPs

Users do not need to be technological experts to make the most of the latest ECOSYS releases – they come with 2.7 or 4.3” new touch panels, Wi-Fi easy setup, and the Kyocera Printer Setup Tool to make them easy to install and simple to use wherever they work – at home, in the office or on the go.

Colour print quality is improved. Images are high in contrast with vivid detail, and CAD applications can rely on dark sharp lines. Colours are vibrant with improved tones, smooth gradations and natural skin colours you can rely on for consistent stand out results.

Peter Dresser, Product Marketing Manager at Kyocera UK, said: “The ECOSYS 2600 Colour Series meets the continuing demand for smaller, easier to use devices with enhanced security, excellent print quality and professional functionality.”

“For hybrid workers or Small office/Home office (SOHO) use the affordable 21ppm devices offer two running cost options: standard toners keep upfront costs down for low print volume users, while the high-capacity toner option delivers lower running costs for businesses with growing print volumes.”

“The 26pp printers and MFPs are perfect for the more demanding user or small/medium size business (SMB) environments, where print volumes are higher. These devices deliver increased performance, enhanced functionality and lower running costs.”

Kyocera’s ECOSYS concept centres around the idea of producing printing devices that are not only ecological but economic too. The ECOSYS 2600 Colour Series’ devices are built with long-life parts, making them sustainable and dependable. They are low-cost to run and maintain, with no drums or maintenance kits to worry about. They have a PCR (post-consumer recycled plastics) use rate of 5% or more in their main bodies (not in options and consumables) and they are delivered in environmentally friendly packaging.

What’s more, they are compatible with Kyocera’s titanium dioxide-free toner, which was developed to be kinder to the environment. The same energy saving toner that reduces power consumption when printing by 50% by fusing at a low temperature.

On top of the enhanced user interface, compact design, and ecological benefits, the ECOSYS Colour 2600 series also offers improved security to users. The enhanced security features include Allowlisting, Secure boot, RTIC (Run Time Integrity Check), SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), TLS1.3 support, SCEP (Simple Certificate Enrolment Protocol), an optional card authentication kit, and the optional Trusted Platform Module.

With major cloud integration capabilities, these devices are designed to complement existing workflows and fit into the customer’s secure cloud environment. They can integrate seamlessly with Kyocera Cloud Access (KCA) and Kyocera Cloud Print and Scan (KCPS). When you install Kyocera’s ECOSYS devices and their accompanying software, businesses benefit from a safe, sustainable print environment that supports digitalisation and higher productivity.

All our solutions integrate with one another to develop a more comprehensive, efficient, and secure print environment for your workplace. This new series of ECOSYS colour devices is the latest in a series of customer-first innovations by Kyocera that aims to streamline processes and help our customers make a difference.
